No we do not accept cash as a form of payment. Payments can be made with a credit or debit card.  

In addition to the hire charge, we ask for a deposit of £200.  The only exceptions to this are instances where our insurers have imposed a higher excess (e.g. young drivers or licences with endorsements that have had to be referred), in which case the deposit is increased to reflect the higher excess amount.

When you return a hire vehicle, we process the deposit refund, less any fuel refill or damage charges, straightaway. The speed with which the funds reach your account will depend on your bank or card processors, however our customers usually seem to receive the refund within 3-5 working days.

Business customers are welcome to apply for credit facilities, although these are of course subject to credit checks. If you wish to apply for an account, please ask for an application form.

All our vehicles start with a full tank of fuel. You are welcome to fill them before you come back, but we do have a Diesel pump on site, and will always check the fuel level at our own pump when you return. Any fuel refill needed is then deducted from your deposit. Our rates for Diesel are competitive when compared to service stations and there is no surcharge applied. However we do have to arrange for any Unleaded vehicles to be filled off site and this does make it more cost effective for you to refill these type of vehicles before you return.
